Founded in 1991 by Michael Segen, we have developed into a successful law firm based in the City of London, near to St Paul’s and the river. With property a strong feature of what we do and with so many bridges and innovative and historic buildings in the vicinity it seemed inevitable that they should feature on our site and in our literature.
Our property division represents individual investors as well as property developers, with single transaction GDV often in excess of £100million. Industry specific experience includes residential and commercial, incorporating health sector, hospitality sector such as hotels, restaurants and public houses, retail and corporate contracts.
Our substantial financial and litigation departments deal with all aspects of the business world including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, insolvency issues and employment matters, We also have extensive experience in effectively representing our clients in relation to proceedings brought by or in connection with the FSA, SFO and BERR (Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform – formerly the Department of Trade and Industry “DTI”).
